Bringing together talent from different organisations within the same sector.

We partner with industry bodies, campaigns, and sponsor organisations to accelerate careers and strengthen inclusion in their sector. These programmes use Moving Ahead’s cross-company methodology to create vibrant mentoring communities within sectors including rail, defence, heath and science, platinum group metals and the actuarial profession.

Mentors and mentees work within the same industry but are expertly matched into pairings from different organisations. Each cohort accesses a shared journey of learning, connection and events, with content tailored to current sector challenges and trends.
