An award winning global mentoring programme

Mission Gender Equity mentoring programme supports the mission of the 30% Club, advancing gender equity by matching women mentees to senior leaders from other organisations. 

As a structured mentoring initiative, this women’s leadership mentoring programme is an example of how organisations can work within the UK legal framework for positive action to support strategic talent and work towards gender balance at work.
